Selecting Help:Contents in Timbuktu Pro 2000 does not display the Help Contents in your browser.

Situation:

When either Netscape or Internet Explorer Browser is opened, launch Timbuktu Pro 2000 from the system tray, select Help menu or press the F1 key, these Browsers will show up WITHOUT displaying Timbuktu Pro Help Content.

Solution:

1. Close all browser applications
2. Launch Timbuktu Pro from the system tray
3. Click on Help
4. Either click on Contents or click on How To Use Help
5. You will be able to use Timbuktu Pro Help Content

Summary:

Timbuktu Pro 2000 will not display the contents of the Help file if there is a browser already open. The solution is to open Timbuktu Pro 2000, close all browsers, select Help and Timbuktu Pro 2000 will launch your browser and display the contents of the help file.
