Netopia has just introduced a new line of Wireless Gateways utilizing 802.11x technology for complete interoperability and Wi-Fi compliance. Netopia 3-D Reach is superior to today's conventional wireless implementations by incorporating a wireless subsystem specifically designed for enhanced wireless range, coverage, and performance.
Any Wi-Fi certified wireless network adapter or device, such as a PDA or a handheld unit, which supports the 802.11b standard should work with the Netopia Gateways. In order to take advantage of our wireless security features, such as WEP encryption and WPA-PSK encryption (when supported), please check with the documentation supplied for your wireless adapter to determine compatibility.
