The feature upgrades for the 3300 Series line of products from Netopia are all implemented by a software feature key. These feature keys, once purchased, are non-refundable. To insure that you do not inadvertently purchase an upgrade that is not applicable to your specific service provider, hardware type and firmware version, we advise that you contact Netopia Technical Support directly to purchase the feature upgrade. Call Netopia at (510) 597-5400, ext. 1, Monday through Friday, 6am to 5:30pm, PST.
PLEASE NOTE: Some service providers do not support certain firmware and/or feature upgrades.
If your ISP is Covad, do not purchase the Enterprise level upgrade for your 3300-T Series gateway. Covad does not support Enterprise firmware in the 3300 Series router, and feature upgrade purchases are non-refundable! Please contact Netopia Customer Service at the above number if you are unsure of the applicability of an upgrade for your equipment.
