Netopia Awards

Netopia has been recognized for its innovative products and technology with three presitigious awards in less than two months from these industry leaders.

January 2006	Frost & Sullivan 2006 Gateway Telecommunications Technology Innovation of the Year. Frost & Sullivan praised Netopia’s VGx Quality of Service technology for the ability to assign priorities to data being sent to multiple devices, thereby improving the overall quality of each service.
December 2005	Service Provider Weekly Magazine 2005 Excellence Award Service Provider Weekly bestowed its 2005 Excellence Award upon the 2247NWG-VGx. Service Provider Weekly, which caters to ISPs and service providers, identified Netopia in its December 12, 2005, issue as an innovator continuously bringing developing technologies to the global stage.
December 2005	Portable Computing Magazine Best Products of 2005 Portable Computing recognized Netopia's 2247NWG-VGx ADSL2+ Wi-Fi gateway as one of the Best Products of 2005. In the December 2005 issue, Portable Computing recognized this model of Netopia’s 2200 Series Gateways for taking advantage of advanced ADSL2+ technology, while providing both wired and wireless connectivity.
December 2005	Computer News Magazine Best Products of 2005 Computer News advises service providers who are using ADSL2+ to "take note" of Netopia's 2247NWG-VGx Wi-Fi gateway in its December 2005 issue, where it showcases the Netopia product as one of the Best Products of 2005.
